I can't believe you all are so mean to communists! Just as George Bush isn't the greatest example of the United States and our governmental system, Stalin isn't the greatest example of communism. Okay, so maybe I just like Marxist theory. I wish we could all be communal anarchists. Which is unrealistic I know. But I think we certainly could incorporate more communal ideas into our politics (SINGLE-PAYER universal health care for starters). As for voting for McCain, it does have sort of a postmodern bent. From your explanation you say you want something to happen which sounds like destabilization, but I would wonder if you aren't just allowing power to reproduce itself in more subtle ways...

I appreciate Ben's honest answer as to whether he would date a trans woman or not because it highlights the difficulty that alot of trans women who like men face in the dating world. It's sad because most straight men are too narrow minded and insecure with themselves to never really know what trans women have to offer because they can't look past our history. If Ben couldn't date somone like Calpernia Addams JUST because she's trans, then he's a fool.

Oh, and I can't believe you would consider voting for McCain.. Girl don't make me come down there and spank you :)

Yo, I have three tattoos! You've seen them!

I agree with Holiday Ben. Especially since Britney has, like, genuine mental issues, she's bipolar. That's like if someone recruited a schitzophrenic for a reality show, and everyone just laughed about how hilarious her hallucinations were. It's mean and fucked up to take pleasure in someone else's pain like that, I think.
